We will be sending you an information pack to you, this will give you more insight into Cafe Lelunar, and about becoming our franchise partner.

Once you’ve had a thorough read through our information pack and decide Cafe Lelunar is right for you, we will be conducting an phone interview for us to make an initial assessment on your suitability and answer any initial questions you may have.

Should we agree on each other’s suitability, we will be asking you to complete a full application and sign a confidentiality agreement. Once your application is fully approved, a $5,000 + GST refundable deposit will be required.

It’s now time to meet with our senior managers, this will give you a chance to ask more in-depth questions regarding Cafe Lelunar.

You will be asked to spend a full day at one of our stores to get a better understanding on how things operate at Cafe Lelunar.

Now that you are 100% confident in how Cafe Lelunar operates and happy with your choice in becoming a franchise partner, you will receive a full franchise document to review with your legal representative.

We will be doing a final face to face meeting to go through any details or concerns you may have before the signing and executing of the full franchise document. Once the full franchise document is signed, the $5,000 + GST deposit becomes a non-refundable training fee.

We are nearly there! It’s time for the formal training to begin, depending on previous experience, you will be spending a few weeks in one of our stores learn the day to day operations of Cafe Lelunar, please allow enough time to do this training, as this is a critical step in the future success of your store.

If you are purchasing an existing store, the training will be at the store being purchased, this will ensure a smooth transition.
